Take a moment to read the list of steps below that we take here at Coumbs RV Repair to make your service stop a more pleasant one... plus save both of us time by having the proper information.
1. Please have all your contact and vehicle information on hand.
2. If we are servicing a part removed from your Coach / RV please have make, model #'s, product #'s, serial numbers or anything else you find for information that will help us research. There are over 100 RV toilets, so if you think your part is standard, so are 99 other toilet models.
3. Make your RV repair appointment in advance if possible. We are generally backed up more than a week at a time for RV service work. If it's an emergency please do not hesitate to call us anyways. We just like to let our customers know that we are quite busy but will work with you any way possible to meet your RV repair needs.
4. How long can we have your RV? Some jobs take much longer like a rubber roof re-seal or changing out an RV door. These repairs might require us to have the Recreational Vehicle for an extended length of time, depending on availability of parts and other jobs that have been previously scheduled for that same day. If the job is a winterize, inspection or changing a pressure relief valve on a water heater then those jobs may only require an hour or two.
5. If filing an Insurance Claim or Warranty RV Coverage work, please bring all pertinent information to help us better serve you. We will make the calls necessary and help you get your work started promptly.
